The book describes the activities of the I, the II., and the III. Westf. Landwehr Infantry Batallion Breslau in World War One as well as the Landwehr Infantry Regiment Nr. 57.

These batallions were deployed at the Eastfront - mainly Russia, but the Landwehr Infantry regiment Nr. 57 was also active on the Westfront from October 14, 1918 to November 11, 1918 just south of Metz.

The book is written in German and illustrated with ca. 93 photos and maps. The book is in VERY GOOD shape, but has dampstains throughout. VERY RARE!
